Body Confidence Workshops

I hope by now you all know that I am passionate about helping others increase their self-esteem and develop a positive body image. One way that I have decided to do this is by leading
  Body Confidence Workshops.
What I do with these workshops is try to change the way people look at their bodies. I help them learn to focus on what the body can DO instead of what we might think it should or shouldn't look like. I give people a chance to feel good in their bodies using the tools of motion and focused thinking.

Everyone who has participated in a Workshop so far has had a lot of fun, but most importantly, they have left with a greater appreciation and love for their body.






I want to bring this message to 
anyone and everyone who will listen.

These Workshops are great for:

Young Women groups
Relief Society activities
Dance teams/classes
Clubs and Extracurricular groups
Or anyone wanting to gain a better perspective on their body image
